Chalet Unterboden 5

Bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen are included in Unterboden 5. You are welcome to order bread rolls for breakfast. We can provide you with baby equipment (baby-cot, high chair, changing mat, nappy pail) for a fee of €10, please order at least 1 week before arrival. You also have your own separate wellness cottage to relax in. Parking is available directly in front of the house.
Bathrobes can be borrowed at the reception of the Berghaus Schröcken (rental fee Euro 5,-).

You will find a high-quality fully automatic coffee machine in U5. Please bring whole beans for your coffee enjoyment. If you prefer to drink filter coffee, you will find such a machine together with suitable filter bags in the kitchen cupboard.
As we are in the mountains, our tap water is naturally high-quality mountain spring water. You're unlikely to find better water. We therefore strongly recommend that you bring a refillable drinking bottle with you to the chalet!

People like to sit together around the solid oak tables in this pretty old Walser dining room. Eating, playing, singing, laughing. What could be more fun. Children love to play in the adjoining room. Very practical, as you can always keep an eye on them here.
16 guests can have a meal and celebrate here together. You forget to look at the clock. It doesn't matter. Holiday. You just want to stay here - and there's nothing wrong with that.

The large and spacious kitchen offers enough room to cook delicious meals for all of your guests.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, commercial dishwasher, side-by-side fridge-freezer, oven, dishes and the most important kitchen utensils. Whether it's a blender, a baking tin, a spaetzle slicer, a raclette set or a fondue pot - it is all there. You also will find Dishwashing liquid, dishcloths and dishwasher tabs and basic cleaning products..
You won't find any food or spices in our kitchens. It's best to go to the nearby village shop and get everything you need. You'll find a good selection here; many products are locally produced.

In diesem hübschen Zimmer findest du ein Doppelbett (180 x 200 cm) sowie einen Schrank für deine Sachen. Ein Zustellbett für Babys passt auch noch rein. Dieses Zimmer hat auch ein Waschbecken.

This comfortable room has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a pull-out leather couch and a desk.Two children can also sleep here. There is also space for a cot.

This is the favourite room of all children. It is equipped with a special bunk bed: the lower bed is 140 cm wide, the upper one 80 cm.Length 200 cm each.

The ‘Heuboden’ room is very versatile. You can let us know how you want to use it before you arrive: it is equipped with 2 single beds, which can also be pushed together.You can also add up to 3 extra mattresses.
Older children, in particular, love to camp here, laugh and chat in the evenings or play a game of table football. There are also beanbags, good Wi-Fi and a large TV.

This room is located on the ground floor behind the living room and has 2 single beds. However, it can also be used as a TV- or playroom.

In your private wellness cottage with sauna, you are free to sweat with your friends around the clock. You decide whether you want the air to really burn or whether you would rather enjoy a relaxing herbal steam mixture. Afterwards, treat yourself to a relaxing footbath and unwind in the relaxation room.

You need to plan some preparation time for this rustic bathing experience. But it's worth it at any time of year. Soak in the warm water in the evening, enjoy the clear mountain air and starry sky, a fine drink in your hand and savour life...
The hot tub is also a highlight for children. Please remember to bring water wings. In cold weather, a bonnet is good for children's ears.
The tub is filled with fresh water and then heated to bathtub temperature using a wood-burning stove. Wood and firelighters are available on site.

Vitalchalet Unterboden 5 has a wonderful, very private terrace with a large dining table, fire tray with barbecue grill and deckchairs. There is also an all-weather playground, a children's workshop and a large play area for the little ones. You can see everything from the deckchairs and relax.

U5 featuers a small, weatherproof painting and craft studio with an incredible view. Here the children can get creative, saw, glue and paint with watercolours. Please bring your own craft materials.
Alternatively, you can borrow craft materials from the Berghaus reception for a refundable deposit.

Water, sand, wooden horses. Children can splash and play here for hours. The pretty fenced-in playground is clearly visible from the living room and terrace. So relaxation is guaranteed for everyone. Please be sure to bring mud suits, because playing outside is fun here whatever the weather. Dirty? No problem - there's even a washer and dryer.
On request, we can provide you with bobby cars, sand toys and accessories for the wooden horses.  

U5 has an easy paved access road directly to the house. Plenty of parking space is available. In the cellar you will find a shoe-warmer and good storage space.
